Where are you located?
We have 2 convenient locations here on the Grand Strand Garden City/Murrells Inlet, and Pawleys Island/Litchfield area.
What Insurances do you take?
We take ALL insurances.
Do I have to have a prescription for physical therapy?
South Carolina is a Direct Access State. This means you do not need a prescription from your doctor to be evaluated and treated by a physical therapist for 30 days. Medicare patients will require a physician to sign off on their plan of care.
Can you see me if my prescription is from another state?
Yes.
If I had surgery up north, can I have my rehabilitation at your facility when I come down there?
Yes.
Do you take workers compensation?
Yes.
How long are the appointments?
1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. We are a hands on clinic and provide treatments that are second to none!
What are your hours of operation?
Winter hours:
Monday-Thursday: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
Fridays: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
Summer Hours (starting Memorial Day weekend):
Monday-Thursday: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
Fridays: 7:30 am – 1:00 pm
Do you have Saturday or Sunday hours?
No.
How many visits will I be coming for?
Most patients come 2-3 times a week. It will be up to the therapist and your Initial Eval results how many times they think you will need.
Does my insurance pay for my physical therapy?
Yes, most insurances will cover physical therapy, however all benefits will be verified before your initial evaluation by our insurance specialist.
Do you do Home Health?
No.
If I do not have insurance how much is each visit?
First visit your Initial Eval is $125, and all follow up visits are $85. This only covers our cost.
My doctor referred me elsewhere do I have to go there?
No, it is your choice to choose where you go for physical therapy.
Do you do aquatic therapy?
No.
